Recently, the key laboratory of the ministry of material physics education of the School of Physics and Engineering has made positive progress in the mixed dimension van der Waals heterojunction wide band photodetectors. The related results were published in Journal of Materials Chemistry A” in a paper entitled “Mixed-dimensional PdSe2/SiNWA heterostructure based photovoltaic detectors for self-driven, broadband photodetection, infrared imaging and humidity sensing” and selected into the magazine’s “Hot papers”.
