Recently, the School of Physics has made positive progress in the field of environmentally friendly yellow-light LED research, and the research result entitled “Stable Yellow Light-Emitting Devices Based on Ternary Copper Halides with Broadband Emissive Self-Trapped Excitons” has been published in the international authoritative journal ACS Nano (IF: 13.903), and selected as the magazine cover. ZZU is the first unit of completion, PhD student Ma Zhuangzhuang is the first author, associate professor Shi Zhifeng, Prof. Shan Chongxin of ZZU and Prof. Zhang Lijun of Jilin University are the corresponding authors. The research results provide new ideas for the design and preparation of new, cheap, efficient, and stable yellow light LEDs.
