On June 4, Vice President Tim Quine of the University of Exeter visited ZZU with his entourage. Vice President Han Guohe met with guests, joined by the chiefs of the relevant departments.

Han Guohe introduced the basic situation of ZZU. He expressed the hope that the two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in teacher-student exchanges, joint training of students, and scientific research, and put forward the proposal for the two schools to jointly organize no separate legal entity Sino-foreign cooperative school-running institutions.

Tim Quine introduced the history, reform and innovation and international cooperation of the University of Exeter.
