From June 15 to 16, “The Robotics Forum Entering Hundred Universities • ZZU Station” and the “2019 International Symposium on Intelligent Control and Optimization” were held on main campus of ZZU. Liu Jinchang, research fellow of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Hu Mingxin, deputy director of High-tech Branch of Henan Science and Technology Department, and Wu Hongyang, vice president of ZZU, attended and delivered speeches. Attending the event were the experts and scholars from more than 20 universities including Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shandong University, Tsinghua University, Beijing Institute of Technology, China Agricultural University, Harbin Institute of Technology, and Chongqing University etc, joined by representatives of teachers and students from ZZU.

At the symposium, experts and scholars at home and abroad made reports on the latest research results and development trends in the field of robotics, and actively exchanged ideas on robot control and optimization, medical integration research and development trends.

During the symposium, a private session on the strategic development of Henan Engineering Laboratory of Robot Perception and Control and a seminar on nursing robots were also held.（translator Zhang Shanming）
