Recently, Institute of Materials Physics, the School of Physics Engineering, ZZU working jointly with the Supercomputing Center, has theoretically designed and experimentally realized the carbon nano-dots in the deep ultraviolet band for the first time. The related result, entitled “Deep-Ultraviolet Emissive Carbon Nanodots” was published in the internationally renowned journal Nano Letters, listing postgraduate student Song Shiyu as the first author, and Dr. Liu Kaikai, Prof. Shan Chongxin and Dr. Shang Yuan from the Supercomputer Center as the correspondence authors.
