Recently, with the theme of “Building the future with one heart and continuing the grand chapter of tomorrow”, ZZU 2018 forum and party for Chinese Students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and Overseas was held at the School of Education to bid farewell to the old year and greeting the New Year. University leaders Li Xingcheng, Jia Shaoxin, Zhang Qianhong, Xu Dongsheng, and Wu Hongyang joined Chinese Students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and Overseas, who are studying in 18 colleges （departments） of ZZU.

Li Xingcheng, Deputy Secretary of ZZUˊs Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union, summarized in his speech the universityˊs 2018 work for Chinese Students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and Overseas, and spoke highly of the relevant enrollment and management. He hoped that the students can“live up to prosperity, the original intentions, and youth and dreams”, striving to let youth shine, and to make the future glitter!

Xie Jiaxin from the Academy of Fine Arts and Xu Youzhong from the School of Mechanical Engineering, as student representatives, shared their feelings about their study and life here. And on behalf of Chinese students from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas on campus they expressed their most sincere thanks to all the leaders and teachers who have cared about and helped them!

Zhang Qianhong hoped that students will cherish their engagement with Zhengzhou University, strive to be the best themselves, cultivate a knowledge tree, an international brain, a national heart, and with continuous communication and integration, become a messenger of the motherland’s cultural heritage and a bridge between the hearts of the people!
