Recently, the International Korfball Challenge, jointly organized by the International Korfball Federation and the Royal Korfball Association, was held in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The Chinese national Korfball team, which exclusively consists of ZZU Korfball team, was invited to participate and seccured the fourth place. This is also the second time that the Chinese national korfball team has secured the fourth place in the world competitions.

During the matches, Chen Ribiao, Minister Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in the Netherlands, visited the Chinese korfball team and expressed his high tribute for the positive contributions made by the Chinese Korfball team and ZZU on promoting sports and cultural exchanges between China and the Netherlands.
