ZZU Held 2019 Frontier Forum on Functional Molecular Design and Construction

On January 22nd, 2019 Frontier Forum on Functional Molecular Design and Construction, sponsored by ZZU and Henan Bioengineering Society, and organized by College of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering, Henan International Joint Laboratory for Functional Molecular Green Construction and Bioanalysis, and Zhengzhou Nanomedicine and Health Inspection Key Laboratory, was held at ZZU main campus. Professor Hartmut Michel, winner of the Nobel Prize in Chemistry and director of the Max Planck Institute for Biophysics, and over 200 representatives of teachers and students from Zhengzhou University, Henan University and Henan University of Technology attended the forum. ZZU vice president Qu Lingbo presided over the forum.

Qu Lingbo signed a memorandum of cooperation with Professor Hartmut Michel, deciding to cooperate to set up the ”Hartmut Michel Nobel Prize Workstation”. Professor Hartmut Michel was appointed as the chief academic adviser of ZZU international laboratory.(translator Yang Qiuqiu)
