From October 18th to 21st, the 12th iCAN International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Final Competition was held in Chengdu. 520 teams from more than 400 universities across the country participated in the competition.

ZZU selecｔed 11 teams to participate in the competition and achieved excellent results. Among them, the works of “Supremely Simple Household Anti-electric Shock Socket” won the first prize; 3 works won the second prize, including“Intervention Control Technology of Animal Will Behavior”; 7 works won the third prize, including“Intelligent Takeaway Helmet”. ZZU student Wang Kaiyong, the first prize winner of 2017 National Competition, won the honor of“Top Ten Innovation Star --- iCAN Entrepreneur Star” and spoke at the opening ceremony as the only student representative. Zhengzhou University won the award of “Excellent Organization Unit”.
