From May 12th to May 19th, at the invitation of PARIS XI, France and Berlin Institute of Technology in Germany, Li Xingcheng, Deputy Secretary of ZZU Party committee, led the delegation to France and Germany to recruit overseas high-level talents.

The recruitment group consists of 7 domestic universities, such as Jilin University, Beijing Institute of Technology, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Southwestern University, Jiangsu Normal University, Shanghai Maritime University and Zhengzhou University. The recruitment group visited 5 cities, including France, Dusseldorf, Aachen, Hamburg, Berlin, and had face-to-face exchanges with more than 400 doctoral and postdoctoral fellows from 9 universities, such as University of Paris VI, Université Paris Diderot-Paris 7, Université Paris-Sudn XI, Ecole Polytechnique France, and Universitat Dusseldorf in Germany, RWTH Aachen University, Hamburg University, Technische Universitaet Berlin, and Humboldt University as well as researchers from relevant scientific research institutions. They participated in 7 high-level job fairs and identified several young scholars who are both willing to join our school and meet the talent introduction policy of our university.(translator Song Gencheng)
