On September 9, a press conference was held for ″Israel Development Report (2017)″ edited by Prof. Zhang Qianhong from ZZU in Beijing. Mr. Xie Shouguang, President of Social Science Academic Press, and Ms. Wei Kaili, the founder as well as the eｘecutive director of the Sino-Israel Association for Promoting Academic Exchanges, attended and addressed to the conference. Meanwhile, Prof. Zhang Qianhong made a keynote speech. Present were more than 40 people including representatives from academia in Israel and the Middle East, news media and some authors of the ″Israel Development Report (2017)″.

After the conference, the experts and scholars discussed the ″Israel Development Report (2017)″ and its related issues.
