On Dec.15, a symposium celebrating Prof. Lemoineˊs being rlected as Academician of CAE (The Chinese Academy of Engineering) was held in the No.5 Conference Room of Complex Management Center. Attendance at the meeting were Xu Zongqin, Director General of Henan Bureau of Foreign Experts, School leaders like Liu Jiongtian, Xing Ying, Qu Lingbo, Jia Shaoxin, Zhang Qianhong, Gu Zhenqing, Xu Dongsheng, Wu Hongyang, and Academician Nicholas Robert Lemoine, joined by related chiefs of certain units and representatives of staff and students. Vice President Gu Zhenqing chaired the symposium.

Vice Party Secretary Xing Ying announced the result of cooptation of Academicians of CAE in 2017. Vice President Wu Hongyang announced CAEˊs congratulation letter to Academician Lemoine. President Liu expressed congratulations on the election of Nicholas Robert Lemoine. A student representative from the Academy of Medical Science presented a bouquet to Academician Lemoine.

Academician Lemoine introduced his experiences of cooperation with ZZU and reported the progress of his project in the Academy of Medical Science and outlined a prospect about the future.(translator Song Gencheng)
