Japanese Delegation of Science and Technology Visits ZZU

The other day, Tomokazu Ueda, First Secretary of Department of Economy, Japanese Embassy to Beijing, Hidekazu Tyayama, Director of Beijing Branch Office of Japan Science and Technology Agency, Yasuaki Yutani, Director of Beijing Branch Office of Institute of Physical and Chemical Research visited ZZU. Vice President Han Guohe met with the guests and held a discussion.

Han introduced the basic situation of ZZU, especially its cooperation with Japanese colleges, universities and agencies. He wished to start in-depth communications and cooperation with Japan Science and Technology Agency and Institute of Physical and Chemical Research.

Tomokazu Ueda, Hidekazu Tyayama, Yasuaki Yutani, and Kaoru Hiroda respectively introduced the bilateral and varied communications and cooperation mechanisms in science and technology between Sino-Japan Governments, the general situation of Japan Science and Technology Agency and Institute of Physical and Chemical Research as well as their programs carried out in cooperation with China. They all wished to strengthen communications and cooperation in science and technology with ZZU.

The agencies and departments who attended the symposium had an in-depth discussion and exchanges of opinions with the visitors.(translator Song Gencheng)
