On March 20, Vice President Cynthia Vascak, in charge of teaching of Plymouth State University and as Dean of College of Arts & Sciences， Vice President Jason Moran responsible for enrollment made a visit to ZZU. Vice President Han Guohe met with the guests, joined by chiefs of related units.

President Han introduced ZZU’s history, discipline construction, student training and international exchanges etc. He wished both schools could conduct cooperation on various levels in all the disciplines, and further extend and deepen cooperation, especially on undergraduate 2 plus 2, master and doctor candidates joint training, etc.

Two Vice Presidents, Vascak and Moran respectively introduced the development of PUS and cooperation programs, wishing to initiate cooperation with related schools and departments of ZZU on 2 plus 2 double-degree program.

After the meeting, President Han and Vice President Vascak signed a memorandum of academic cooperation between ZZU and PUS.
