Recently, in order to mark the recent success of holding “One Belt, One Road” International Cooperation Summit Forum, ZZU held the third International Culture Festival on her Main Campus. There were altogether 82 countries and regions who sent their international students, including Georgia State University’s overseas Study Group to join ZZU’s teachers and students in this activity. Xu Hengzhen, Director of Hanban, the Department of Education of Henan, Ai Fan, Director of Foreign Affairs Division, the Foreign Affairs and Chinese Affairs Office, and Vice President Han Guohe attended the activity.
During the event, on the east of Benyuan Stadium stood many overseas students, dressed in their own traditional national costumes, introducing warmly in less fluent Chinese to the audience before their stands about their respective national customs, conventions and places of interests, etc.
Sino-foreign staff and students held a big get-together in the activity. Vice President Han attended the party, delivered a speech and awarded the trophy and medals to the Champion team and players who won the First ZZU International Students Cricket Competition.(translator Song Gencheng)
