On July 31, 2020, ZZU was entrusted to draft the “Regulations on the Promotion of Civilized Behavior in Henan Province”, which was deliberated and adopted at the 19th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th peopleˊs Congress of Henan Province, and will come into force on January 1, 2021.

From the final passed “Regulations on the promotion of civilized behavior in Henan Province”, more than 80％ of the proposed draft submitted by the drafting group of ZZU has been adopted. The adoption of the regulations is a vivid reflection of the development idea of combining theory with practice in the School of Law of ZZU. It is also another important achievement of actively participating in local legislation as the legislative base of the Standing Committee of the provincial People’s Congress, and has greatly enhanced the influence and display of the school in the field of social services and legislation.
