Recently, Zhengzhou University （ZZU） held 2020 Mid-Autumn Festival Social Meeting for Chinese students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Han Guohe, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee in ZZU and Vice President of ZZU, attended the meeting. Leaders of Taiwan Affairs Office of Henan Province, Education Department of Henan Province and some staff in related units of ZZU also showed up with student representatives from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

Han Guohe praised the students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who overcame all kinds of difficulties to return to the university and continue their studies as scheduled, and welcomed the new students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan this year. He said that both sides of the Taiwan Straits share the same root, same origin, same ancestry and same culture. He hoped that students could strengthen exchanges and mutual learning, be of the same mind and work together, and share the great cause of national rejuvenation with excellent skills.

On the social meeting, the students played traditional musical instruments, which was elegant and beautiful. They performed passionate modern dance, exciting magic show and other wonderful programs. Each program radiates traditional Chinese culture charm and patriotism. All of them enjoyed the warmth of Zhengzhou University.
