The 15th ZZU Postgraduate Academic Forum for Medical PhD Students Sub-forum, sponsored by the Graduate School of ZZU, Graduate Affairs Department of the Party Committee of ZZU, the Academy of Medical Sciences of ZZU, and organized by the People's Hospital of ZZU, was recently held in the People's Hospital of ZZU.The theme of this forum is “put life first and innovation the lead, respect science and focus on health”. Liangqi Wang, Deputy Director of Health Commission of Henan Province, Zhenqing Gu, Vice Secretary of the ZZU Committee of the CPC,Shaokang Guan, Member of the Standing Committee of the ZZU Committee of the CPC and Vice President of the University,and Fengmin Shao, President of the People's Hospital of ZZU attended the meeting.More than 300 people from the Graduate School of ZZU, Graduate Affairs Department of the Party Committee of ZZU, leaders of medical-related training units, supervisors and representatives of doctoral students participated.

Hesheng Liu, Director of the Human Brain Individual Difference Laboratory and PhD supervisor of the Martinos Center, Massachusetts General Hospital Affiliated to Harvard University, and Wanglai Hu, Distinguished Professor of the Center for Translational Medicine, winner of the National Outstanding Youth Fund, and PhD supervisor had made special reports on "The Transition of Brain Function Imaging from Clinical to Scientific Research" and "Non-coding RNA and Tumor Development" respectively.
