Recently, the press conference ofReport on Advances in Water Science Researchin China(2019-2020) and the 7th Symposium of Water Science Development Forum were held, which were sponsored by Water Science Research Center of Zhengzhou University and Water Resources Committee , China Society of Natural Resources and organized by Institute of Hydrology and Water Environment of Zhengzhou University, Henan International Joint Laboratory of Water Cycle Simulation and Environmental Protect, Zhengzhou Key Laboratory of Water Resource and Environment. Many university research institutes, as well as more than 1,200 experts, scholars, teachers and students from China Water Power Press and multiple journals attended the conference online.

At theconference, Zuo Qiting, chief editor of the report and professor ofthe School of Hydraulic Science and Engineering, Zhengzhou University, released the main contents ofReport on Advances in Water Science Research in China(2019-2020). The attending scholars made academic reports and discussed hot issues.
