Recently, the Diamond Optoelectronic Materials and Devices team of the Institute of Material Physics, School of Physics, Zhengzhou University has made progress in revealing the synthesis mechanism of Pt-based catalysts in situ. Relevant achievements were published in the international authoritative journalAdvanced Materialswith a paper entitledAtomic Structure Evolution of Pt-Co Binary Catalysts: Single Metal Sites versus Intermetallic Nanocrystals. Li Xing, a young teacher from Zhengzhou University, is the lead author of the paper.
