Experts from Medical school and School of Chemical Engineering of Zhengzhou University were selected for the team of science experts in Henan Province. The selection was made by Provincial Committee Personnel Office and Provincial Association for Science and Technology, in accordance with Regulations for Administering Science Experts of Henan Province (for Trial Implementation).  A total of 100 science experts from Henan province were selected and recruited for a 5-year service.
