Recently, important progress in the study of full-spectrum carbon nanodot triplet exciton luminescence has been made by the School of Physics of ZZU. The research results were published in a paper entitled "Colorful Triplet Excitons in Carbon Nanodots for Time Delay Lighting" in Advanced Materials, an internationally renowned journal of materials science. The first author of the paper is Song Shiyu, a 2020 PhD student majoring in condensed matter Physics, and the corresponding authors are Associate Prof. Liu Kaikai and Prof. Shan Chongxin.

The work was funded by the NSF China and other programs.
