Professor Ma Jianzhong of the School of Calligraphy of Zhengzhou University won the 8^thChinese Calligraphy Lanting Award. This is the first time that Zhengzhou University has won the Lanting Award for creative writing since the calligraphy discipline was founded. This year's Lanting Award has 2,007 authors participating in the calligraphy creative direction and 198 theoretical research authors. In the end, 69 award-winning and selected authors were selected, including 55 calligraphy creative authors and 14 calligraphy theory authors.
