Recently, the 21st Annual Conference of the Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology(CIFST) was held in Chongqing. At this conference, the project titled Advanced Manufacturing and Industrial Application Technologies for Bio-Preservatives Nisin and Natamycin,led by Professor Lu Jike from the School of Life Sciences at Zhengzhou University, was awardedtheFirst Prizeofthe 2024 CIFST Science and Technology Award—Science and Technology Progress Award.
