Recently, Prof. Shunfang Li’s team from the School of Physics of Zhengzhou University and the Laboratory of Light of the Central Plains has made important progress in the research of room-temperature catalysis based on two-dimensional multiferroic materials, elucidating the room-temperature catalytic mechanism of two-dimensional multiferroic materials with multi-degree-of-freedom modulation from the viewpoint of physical sciences, which provides an important theoretical reference and a new way of thinking for the development of a series of new type of room-temperature, high-efficiency, and single-atom scale catalysts.
