On April 23, Wu Yan, Vice Minister of Education andMember of the Party Leadership Group of the Ministry of Education, visited Zhengzhou University to review preparations for the China International College Students’ Innovation Competition (2025). Song Zhenghui, Vice Governor of Henan Province, accompanied him on the inspection.During the inspection, Wu Yan also made on-site inspections of the National Supercomputing Center in Zhengzhou, Zhongyuan Critical Metals Laboratory, and the“ZhonghuaYuan”Archaeology Laboratory. He commended Zhengzhou University for its achievements in education and research, while emphasizing the need to deepen integration between technological innovation and talent development to better serve national and regional high-quality economic and social development.
