Recently, the 63rd China Higher Education Expo, themed “Integration, Innovation, and Leadership: Serving the Construction of a Stronger Higher Education System,” was held in Changchun. The event was organized by the China Association for Higher Education and co-hosted by Jilin University. Thousands of university leaders, researchers, and industry experts from over 1,000 institutions, along with representatives from more than 800 tech companies, attended the conference.Qu Lingbo, former vice president of Zhengzhou University, and Wu Hongyang, former party secretary andvicepresident of the university, were invited to attend the opening ceremony and the “Power of the Nation” forum. At the first meeting of the third executive council of the Local University Education Research Association, Qu Lingbo was elected as the chairman of the council, Wu Hongyang as the vice chairman and secretary-general, and Ji Huifang, from the Department of Planning and Subject Construction, was elected as the deputy secretary-general.
