On December 23, Benyuan Education Development Foundation donation ceremony was held in Zhengzhou University. Hu Baosen, a Zhengzhou University Alumnus, president of Jianye Group Co., Ltd and founder of Benyuan Cultural Non-profit Foundation, donated one hundred million RMB to establish Benyuan Education Development Foundation in support of the talent cultivation and the development of korfball in Zhengzhou University. Xu Jichao, Vice-Governor of Henan Province, Yin Hongbin, Deputy Director-general of Department of Education of Henan Province, and other leaders from Zhengzhou University, such as Niu Shucheng, Liu Jiongtian, Xing Ying, Wang Zongmin, Zhang Qianhong, Liu Guoji, Gu Zhenqing, Guan Shaokang and Han Guohe attended the ceremony.

In the ceremony, President Liu Jiongtian, on behalf of Zhengzhou University, received the donation from Hu Baosen, and gave Hu a horizontal inscribed board in return, inscribed by Zhang Hai, the former chairman of Chinese Calligraphers Association and now Dean of Institute of Calligraphy, Zhengzhou University. The board reads “渥校泽子” (Wo Xiao Ze Zi in Chinese Pinyin, meaning “nourishing the school and students”. Zhengzhou University decided to name the central stadium on main campus “Benyuan Stadium” as a sign of appreciation for Hu Baosen’s noble act, and Hu Baosen was invited to inscribe it. And President Liu Jiongtinan, and Alumnus Hu Baosen unveiled together the nameplate of Benyuan stadium.
