From June 16 to 18, the Thirteenth Sino-Japan Public Law Forum was held in ZZU. Vice Chairman Jia Shimin of Henan Law Society and Vice President Han Guohe of ZZU joined more than one hundred experts at the forum.
Vice President Han introduced the general situation of ZZU, noting Sino-Japan Public Law Forum had attracted many excellent Sino-Japan experts in Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, and was playing a good role of bridge in strengthening the communication between Sino-Japan public law. Han wished all the experts could speak out freely for in-depth communication, playing a bigger role in the construction of Sino-Japan rule of law.
With “ Public Law and Good Governance ” as the main theme, the Sino-Japan experts at the forum expressed their own views from the perspectives of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, based on their own country’s state rule and social problems. (translator Song Gencheng)
