On November 29, John Frank Ishhn, President of Takola Di Polytechnic University in Ghana, visited our school. President Academician Liu Jiongtian and Vice President Han Guohe met with visiting guests.
Liu introduced the situation of Henan Province and ZZU in school-running history, disciplinary development and construction of first-class universities. He noted that China and Ghana and other African countries have a long-term and friendly partnership. ZZU would work hard to promote cooperation with Ghana and other African universities.
Ishhn introduced the basic situation of Takoladi Polytechnic University. He hopes to cooperate with our school in the exchange of teachers and students as well as scientific research, especially with regard to teacher training with the support and help of ZZU.
Two Presidents signed a memorandum of academic cooperation and exchanges between two universities. Both sides conducted in-depth discussions on how to conduct all-round cooperation and establish a Chinese language learning center at Takoladi Polytechnic University.(translator Song Gencheng)
