Recently, The world famous publishing company, Elsevier issued the ranking of 2017 High Cited Chinese Scholars. 1793 Chinese scholars with world impacts from 38 disciplines such as social sciences, physics, chemistry, mathematics, economics etc,were elected into this ranking. Prof. Hou Hongwei and Prof. Han Ruiping from School of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering of ZZU entered the ranking, the former in the field of chemistry, the latter in the field of Environmental Sciences. It is also the fourth year that both of the two professors have been continuously elected into the ranking by Elsevier.(translator Song Gencheng)
