Recently, Zhang Zhenzhong’s Group, a team of Pharmacy School of ZZU, has made positive progress in the field of Ca2+ Tumor Sensitization Treatment. The research results were published in a paper entitled “Enhanced Intracellular Ca2+ Nanogen for Tumor-Specific Synergistic Therapy via Disruption of Mitochondrial Ca2+ Homeostasis and Photothermal Therapy”, in the internationally renowned journal ″ACS Nano, 2018, 12, 6806-6818″. PhD candidate Xu Lihua and master student Tong Guihua tied as first authors, Associate Professor Shi Jinjin and Prof. Zhang Zhenzhong were co-authors, with ZZU as the only completion unit.
