Recently, Prof. Dong Zigang and Prof. Liu Kangdong of College of Medicine of ZZU published a paper in the biomedical journal Theranostics, reporting new therapeutic targets and corresponding inhibitors for gastric cancer, which achieved good results in gastric cancer cell level and xenograft tumor, and is expected to be transformed into clinical practice. Prof. Dong and Prof. Liu are the co-authors of the article. Liu Hui, a doctoral student, is the first author of the article. Professor Li Zhi and Professor Zhang Chengjuan of the Cancer Hospital affiliated to ZZU participated in this study.
