People’s Yellow River－Zheng Da, a Satellite named by its sponsor Zhengzhou University (ZZU, also known as Zhengda), was successfully launched by thecarrier rocketLong March-6 at Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center on November 6, 2020.
The launch of the satellite, as an implementation of ZZU’s strategy of ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin, is conducive to harnessing and protecting the Yellow River, promoting the high-quality development in the Basin, and building an ecological information system and talent training base.
