To publicize the touching deeds and moralities of the advanced models of volunteers in flood control and disaster relief, recently, Henan Provincial Civilization Committee and China Federation of Volunteer Service jointly carried out the selection of the advanced models of excellent volunteer service in flood control and disaster relief in Henan Province, and announced the list of outstanding volunteers, organizations and workers. Qin Jielin of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University and Zhang Songjie of the School of Marxism were honored as "Outstanding Volunteers", and Yang Fan of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital was honored as "Outstanding Volunteer Service Worker".
