Academician Liu Jiongtian, Secretary of the CPC of ZZU, was elected Vice Chairman of the 13th Henan Provincial Committee of the CPPCC and 4 ZZU Professors as SCM-Zhengzhou University

The first session of the 13th Henan Provincial Committee of the CPPCC is held at the Henan People's Hall on Jan. 16^th. Kong Changsheng was elected chairman, Xie Yu 'an, Dai Baihua, Huo Jinhua (female), Zhang Zhenyu, Liu Jiongtian and Zhu Huanan vice chairmen and Wang Zhongshan secretary-general of the13th Henan Provincial Committee of the CPPCC.

        167 standing members of 13th CPPCC Henan Provincial Committee were elected in the conference. Four ZZU professors, Liu Chuntai, Zang Weidong, Xue Bo and Zhang Mengzhen, were elected he Standing Committee members of Henan Provincial Committee of the CPPCC.
