The 91st annual meeting of the International Commission on Dams was held in Gothenburg, Sweden, with 1238 representatives from 78 countries attending the meeting. The meeting passed the “New Bulletin on Dam Breach Flood Consequence Assessment”. The research achievements of the School of Water conservancy and Transportation of ZZU and Yellow River Laboratory of ZZU on dam breach flood consequence assessment were adopted in this bulletin.
