Recently, Professor Zhang Bing’s research group from the School of Chemical Engineering of Zhengzhou University has made important progress in the research of sub-nanocluster catalysts. Through the careful design of the electronic structure and morphological structure, the team successfully manipulated the sub-nanometer Ir clusters supported on the surface of the core-shell bimetallic oxide, and the catalyst has excellent water electrolysis performance over a wide pH range.
