Recently, the 2024 Research Center of State Language Commission Conference was held in Beijing. During the conference, the Department of Language Information Management of the Ministry of Education and Zhengzhou University held a signing ceremony to renew the establishment of the Research Center of State Language Commission Conference, the “Chinese Characters Civilization Research Center” (formerly known as the “Research Center for the Inheritance, Dissemination, and Education of the Chinese Character Civilization”). Liu Peijun, Director of the Department of Language Information Management of the Ministry of Education, and Wang Haijie, Member of Standing Committee of the CPC committee and Vice President of Zhengzhou University, signed the agreement on behalf of the two parties. The relevant directors in charge of the Chinese Characters Civilization Research Center attended the signing ceremony.
