Recently, China Society for Educational Development Strategies announced 25 cases of excellent practice results with the theme of “‘Breaking the Five Only’ and ‘Establishing a New Standard’: Reform and Innovation in Talent Development and Evaluation Practices in Colleges and Universities in the New Era”. Zhengzhou University’s postdoctoral work practice case “Reflections on the construction of high-quality development of postdoctoral team in Zhengzhou University under the background of ‘double first-class’” was successfully selected as one of the 25 cases of excellent practice results.
