Zhengzhou University (ZZU) has organized an information session on China's entry and exit policies to assist international students in understanding entry and exit regulations and adapting to campus life in China. The event attracted over 300 students from more than 20 countries and regions.

Officers from the Zhengzhou Border Inspection Station provided detailed explanations of key procedures, including online pre-arrival registration, visa-free policies, and streamlined customs clearance measures. Special emphasis was placed on correctly filling out arrival forms to facilitate smoother border crossings. The session also introduced the 12367 National Immigration Administration Government Service Platform, offering students a clear channel for inquiries and feedback.

A dedicated Q&A session allowed students to ask questions about travel procedures, visa exemptions, and cross-regional mobility. Officers responded with practical examples and clarified potential legal consequences for violations, enhancing students' awareness of rules and regulations.

The session gave international students a better understanding of China's immigration framework, helping them navigate their stay with greater confidence. Moving forward, ZZU will continue to work closely with local authorities to enrich supporting services, raise legal awareness, and foster a safe and welcoming campus environment for its international community.
