A two-day cultural exhibition was held from March 12 to 13 at Zhengzhou University's (ZZU) main campus. The event brought together representatives from over 20 museums, along with university officials, faculty members, and students.
Addressing the opening ceremony, Chen Xi, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of ZZU, commended the initiative as a meaningful integration of academic disciplines with daily student life. She emphasized the importance of cultural education in shaping students' values and encouraged young people to engage with traditional heritage, draw wisdom from classical craftsmanship, and share Chinese stories with a youthful voice.

Participants explored ceramic art, Hakka culture, and traditional stone rubbing techniques. Hands-on activities allowed them to experience intangible cultural heritage crafts and interactive digital exhibits firsthand. Many attendees noted that the event broke down the spatial barriers of traditional museums, bringing the richness of Chinese culture directly into the campus community.
This initiative reflects ZZU's ongoing commitment to integrating cultural education into campus life. By transforming residential areas into vibrant cultural spaces, the university aims to make heritage more accessible, engaging, and relevant to students.
