An exchange and training program for an Algerian delegation opened on July 31 at Zhengzhou University (ZZU).
In a video address, Dong Guangli, Chinese ambassador to Algeria, emphasized the lasting friendship between the two countries, expressing hope that the program would deepen mutual understanding and cultural ties.
Liang Jieyi, director of the Henan Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, noted Henan's rich cultural heritage and growing economic vitality, highlighting the province's deepening cooperation with Algeria.
Xu Dongsheng, vice-president of ZZU, welcomed the delegation and introduced the program, which combines expert lectures, interactive discussions, and field visits to showcase Henan's development.
The director of the Department of Cooperation and Exchange at the Algerian Ministry of Culture and Arts expressed gratitude for the hospitality shown by the hosts and the well-organized program, noting the valuable opportunity it provides for learning about China's development.
The exchange program, organized by the Henan Provincial Foreign Affairs Office and co-hosted by ZZU, aims to enhance cultural and people-to-people exchanges between Algeria and China. Through lectures and site visits, the delegation will be able to experience Henan's development and cultural richness firsthand.
