On Oct. 1, 2020 Mid-Autumn Festival gala was broadcast on China Central Television （CCTV）. More than 60 students from the School of Music （SoM） in Zhengzhou University （ZZU） appeared on CCTV stage and participated in several programs including “Moonlight”, “Starlight”, ”Priceless Sister” and “Bright Moon on the Sea”.

Twenty of them participated in the performance of “Red Detachment of Women” and “On the Field of Hope” at the 35th Hundred Flowers Award Ceremony. SoM chorus also sang “Defend the Yellow River”.

In addition, six students selecｔed by SoM recently followed the teachers from Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of ZZU to Zhengzhou East Railway Station to participate in “Remember this Image” MV recording by 2020 Starry Oceans Young Actor Program of CCTV Movie Channel. The MV was initial released on the Hundred Flowers Film Festival, accompanied by the live performance of many young actors.
