Recently, the team of Yan Xiyun, an academician at the Nano-enzyme Medical Research Center of the School of Basic Medical Sciences, Zhengzhou University, has published online the latest research results of a novel ferritin drug carrier inNano Today, which reveals the existence of drug channels on the surface of ferritin drug carriers and laid the theoretical foundation for clinical transformation of ferritin drugs. Zhengzhou University is the first signature unit and communication unit of the paper. Dr. Jiang Bing, a young teacher from the School of Basic Medical Sciences, and Dr. Chen Xuehui, from Nano-enzyme Engineering Laboratory, Chinese Academy of Sciences, are co-first authors of the paper. Academician Yan Xiyun from the School of Basic Medical Sciences, Zhengzhou University/ Nano-enzyme Engineering Laboratory, Chinese Academy of Sciences and professor Fan Kelong are the corresponding authors of the paper.
