Recently, the research group of Professor Jiao Zhen from the School of Agricultural Sciences of Zhengzhou University has made new progress in the study of the mechanism of killing of fungi by low-temperature plasma. The related research paper, entitled "Subcellular mechanism of microbial inactivation during water disinfection by cold atmospheric-pressure plasma", is published in the leading environmental journal Water Research.Doctoral student Xu Hangbo is the first author, Dr. Ma Ruonan and Professor Jiao Zhen are the corresponding authors, and Zhengzhou University is the affiliation of the first author.
