Inthe Second Huawei Cup Chinese Postgraduate Student AI Innovation Competition, the University’s “AI Diagnostic Team”wins the third prize at the national final for their team work“Portable Intelligent Diagnostic Equipment for Road Defects”. The team, made up of two doctoral students (Dong Jiaxiu and Ma Duo) and one MA student (Hu Haobang), and supervised by Professor Fang Hongyuan and Professor Wang Niannian from the University’s School of Water Science and Engineering, is the only team from Henan province that has made it to the final and wins the prize. The competition is held in Changsha, Hunan, where 78 teams make it to the national final.
