Recently, Professor Zhang Jianan’s group from the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Zhengzhou University has made new progress in atomic-level non-precious metal catalysts. The relevant research findings, entitled "Regulating Fe-Spin State by Atomically Dispersed Mn-N in Fe-NC Catalysts with High Oxygen Reduction Activity", were published in the top international journalNature Communications. Yang Gege, a graduate candidate in the School of Materials Science and Engineering, is the first author of the paper. Professor Zhang Jianan from School of Materials Science and Engineering and Professor Mu Shichun from Wuhan University of Technologyare the corresponding authors. Zhengzhou University is the lead institute of the paper.
