The team of diamond optoelectronic materials and devices from Physics School have made progress in revealing the mechanism of platinum-based catalyst synthesis. The result of the research that is sponsored by China Natural Science Foundation andChina Scholarship Councilhas been published in the prestigious international journalAdvanced Materials, entitled "Atomic Structure Evolution of Pt-Co Binary Catalysts: Single Metal Sites versus Intermetallic Nanocrystals", with Dr. Xing Li as the first author.
