Recently, the research team of Professor Han Xinwei from the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou University made breakthrough in research and development of airway stents. The research achievement has been published in the international authoritative journalBioactive Materialsunder the title of“Synergistic effects of silver nanoparticles and cisplatin in combating inflammation and hyperplasia of airway stents”. Postdoctoral Zhao Yanan and Professor Han Xinwei are the two corresponding authors of the paper. Doctor Li Zhaonan and Master student Tian Chuan are the co-first authors while the first affiliated hospital of ZhengZhou University is the first author and the corresponding author working community.
